The Watauga Fire Department provides fire suppression with the following equipment:
2012 Pierce 75' Quint 1500 Gallons Per Minute Front Line Apparatus
- This is a multi-function apparatus. It has a 75' aerial and fire attack capabilities. It is the first aerial apparatus owned by the city. This vehicle was proudly displayed at the Fire Instructor Conference in Indianapolis.
2002 E-One Freight-liner 1250 Gallons Per Minute Engine Reserve Apparatus
2012 Ford F-450 M.I.C.U. Ambulance Front Line Unit
- This unit displays the first of the new paint scheme that the fire department will be using on all of its apparatus in the future.
