Rates

IESI is the commercial and residential solid waste provider for the City of Watauga.
Watauga residents will receive once a week trash and recycling service on the same day. View the Service Map for all residential customers.

New Rates went into effect on July 1, 2012. These rates are as follows:

Trash Collection Rates

Residential Collection	Monthly Rate
Non-Senior Rate	$9.65
Senior Rate (65 and older)	$8.22
Each additional trash cart	$2.21

Other Information
Additional Carts
If your weekly trash accumulation exceeds the capacity of one cart, you can obtain additional trash and/or recycle carts by contacting the City at 817.514.5705.

Commerical Accounts
New or existing commerial accounts. If you need to increase or decrease size or pickup days contact Carla at IESI 817.222.2221.

Schedule:
IESI will make regular collections on every holiday except for Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. If the holiday falls on your service day, trash and recycling will be collected the following day.  All service days following the holiday will be delayed by one day.

Missed Service
Contact IESI Customer Service Department at 817.222.2221 for assistance, within 48 hours of any missed service.

Physically Disabled Customers
Any utility customer that is physically disabled and can provide the necessary forms from a physician stating a disability, can request solid waste collections and recycling services from the front garage area of the residence. For more information, please contact the Utility Billing Office at 817.514.5705.

Senior Citizen Discount
Residents who are 65 years of age or older can qualify for a Senior Citizen Discount upon presentation of proof of age, such as a driver's license or birth certificate.
